Resolve Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the West Midlands most successful insurance brokerages.

Due to continued growth, they are currently looking to employ a new business commercial account executive.

This is a hybrid role.

Salary: Starting at £30k & up to £45k plus commission (dependant on experience) and also plus car allowance

Location: West Midlands

This is a great position for someone who is looking to build a long and successful career within a brokerage in a real phase of growth.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' commercial insurance experience
  • As this is a new business role, you will need to have an aptitude for sales in this role
  • You will need an a great understanding of a wide-variety of commercial insurance products

About the new business role:

The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the company's sales and revenue. Primary duties include finding new business opportunities for the company, recommending solutions to prospects and converting generated leads into new customers.

Duties:

  • Creating and executing sales plans to achieve or surpass quarterly sales quota
  • Identifying, progressing and closing the sales of products
  • Demonstrating products in-person or online
  • Forecasting weekly, monthly and annual sales whilst developing a reliable pipeline
  • Closing customer contracts and generating new sales
  • Attending promotions, roadshows and summits to educate customers about the company's products or services
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and to gather product or service feedback
  • Evaluating opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction and retention

Our client is interested in candidates who are ambitious and driven individuals and who will have been servicing (whether as a handler or an exec) a book of commercial insurance client's for at least 2 years.
