Resolve recruitment are working with a leading company specialising in cooked sliced meats for the retail sector based in Avonmouth. They are looking for a variety of operatives to join their team.
Packing Operatives (AM)
- Packing correct product into boxes ready for dispatch as per instructions from packing supervisor.
- Make sure each label is in correct position.
- Fill the boxes with the correct number of items
- Once pallet is filled take it to the next room to be wrapped and then take to dispatch fridge.
- Monday - Friday

Meat Slicing Operative (AM) + (PM)
- Producing goods using Gracile slicer and Multivac pack lines in accordance with the company policy.
- Must check meat during packing process to ensure that there are no bits of plastic metal or any other objects in meat.
- Must clean down after shift which includes machines, floors, tote bins and any utensils used.
- Monday-Friday (overtime available) temp to perm basis
- Shifts 0600-1400/ 14:00-22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00

Hygiene Operative Days and Nights, Avonmouth
- Keep all soap, sanitizers, and blue towels stocked in high risk, low risk, toilets, and offices.
- Responsible for washing trays and keeping wash area and tray wash area clean.
- Keep PPE stocked (excluding overhauls)
- Any other reasonable duties allocated by a supervisor or manager
- Monday- Friday (overtime available) temp to perm basis
- Shifts 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600
- £9.75ph - £10.73ph - £11.21ph
Meat Marinader, AM Avonmouth -
- Must check meat during packing process to ensure that there are no bits of plastic metal or any other objects in meat.
- Must clean down after shift which includes machines, floors, tote bins and any utensils used.
- Check label against box label to ensure it matches
- Labelling boxes correctly by hand.
- Any other reasonable duties allocated by Shift Manager or supervisor.
- Monday- Friday (overtime available) temp to perm basis
- £11.00ph.
- Shift Hours - 0600am - 1500pm
Goods in operative - Avonmouth
- Monday- Friday (overtime available) temp to perm basis
- Shifts 0600-1400 / 1400-2200
- £9.75ph
- Moving finished goods in the fridges to vehicles.
- Liaising with production
- Reporting problems/delays to your supervisor and or manager.
- Any other reasonable requests from your supervisor and or manager
- Stock rotation
- Moving both meat and non-meat stock in the fridge, stores, yard, and production and ensuring MCG is used correct to support any stock movement.
- Cleaning goods in area and yard
