Resolve Recruitment are working with one of the UKs largest providers of bathrooms and kitchens. Due to continued growth within the DIY market, their Contact Centre in Walkden seek a number of Customer Services Advisors to deal with this increased demand.
Main purpose:
To deliver a quality, efficient and consistent service to customers and consumers on inbound and outbound calls as well as email, demonstrating ability to work to targets and demonstrating behaviours that uphold and reflect our values.
Additional:
During your initial training period, you will be focusing on outbound activity booking in deliveries with customers. Once up to speed you will predominantly focus on inbound handling 60+ calls per day
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently delivering a quality service on inbound, outbound calls as well as email
- Demonstrate strong decision making skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues and use imitative resolve queries
- Ability to work to targets and both quantity and quality measures, acting in a way that reflects our company values
- To be open to coaching, training and development, proactive towards own self development and learning
- To be self-motivated, positive and able to develop good working relationships
Skills & abilities:
- Candidates from customer service, call/contact centre and retail backgrounds are welcome to apply

- Computer literate
- Good communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude both in actions and language
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills essential
- Ability to absorb and retain knowledge on a range of products and services
Package and hours:
- Starting salary of £17,510 p/a
- An excellent list of benefits including heavy DIY retailer discounts
- 36 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Shifts are 7 hours per day between 8am-8pm (usually between 8am-6pm when quieter)
- When working the 8pm finish slot and also Saturdays, you will be expected to work from home
- All equipment and support will be available when working remotely
- Extras hours worked (when busy period arrives) will be banked and used as holiday
