Resolve Recruitment are working with one of the UKs leading car dealership networks. Due to internal progression, our client now seek a Junior Administrator to work from their long established St Judes site (BS5).

The Role

They are seeking someone to play a key part in managing the corporate/fleet vehicle sales process. Based at their vehicle prep centre in St Judes, Bristol, this role will be responsible for building credibility with major corporate clients through consistent and reliable delivery. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

What does an Administrator do?

  • Work closely with corporate clients providing attentive customer service
  • Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
  • Liaise with the vehicle prep centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
  • Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
  • Work closely with all our logistics partners

Required Skill and Experience

  • Experience in post-sale related prep and admin would be ideal but not essential
  • In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills..
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent phone manner
