Our successful Driving & Industrial division continue to go from strength to strength and are looking for their next member of staff to join their new waterside offices in Brierley Hill, Dudley.

Overview:

With an existing list of clients along with an active group wide BDM bringing on additional new businesses, your focus with initially be to service the clients ensuring every possible opportunity is jumped on through interviewing and assessing candidates and managing the interview process through to delivery. Over time, your role will evolve into recruiting and managing a small team of consultants whilst continuing to lead from the front with client/candidate activity.

Duties:

• Job board activity including searches, watchdogs and posting job ads
• Utilising of a multi job poster (we use Broadbean) would be advantageous
• Registering candidates, running through paperwork and ID etc including reference checks
• Regular client contact ensuring we are aware of all business activities across our client base
• Occasional client visits as/when required
• Assist in the hiring of new staff members
• Regular 1-2-1s and team meetings
• On-call on our 24-hour mobile on a rotational basis

Experience:

• A minimum of 18 months in the Recruitment sector as a Team Leader/Branch Manager
• Excellent leadership and motivational qualities ensuring you get the most from your team
• Temporary recruitment experience essential
• Social media management - posting/sharing jobs
• Experience using job boards/multi-posting tools preferred
• Other characteristics: Flexible, motivated and career focussed

• A competitive starting salary £30,000

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 0830 to 1700, Friday 0830 to 1600
