Resolve Recruitment are working with one of the UKs leading car dealership networks. Due to internal progression, our client now seek a Vehicle Preparation Operative to work from their long established St Judes site.

Overview:

They are seeking someone to play a key part in managing the corporate/fleet vehicle sales process. Based at their vehicle preparation centre in St Judes, Bristol, this role will be responsible for building credibility with major corporate clients through consistent and reliable delivery. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work closely with corporate clients providing attentive customer service
• Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
• Liaise with the vehicle prep centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
• Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
• Work closely with all our logistics partners
• Relocating/moving vehicles across sites mainly within Bristol - so driving licence essential

Experiences required:

• Customer service and administration experience strongly preferred
• Happy to work outdoors occasionally when relocating vehicles
• In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills..
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent phone manner
• UK Driving Licence

Package:

• £18,700 annual starting salarly
• £3,000 potential annual bonus
