Lettings Portfolio Coordinator, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a well-established independent estate agency based in Longwell Green. Due to continued growth, our client now seeks an experienced lettings professional to join their busy team as a Lettings Portfolio Coordinator to focus on managing and growing an established portfolio of landlords and properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their property management career and work for a leading agent.

The role:

  • Manage and grown and established portfolio of landlords and properties
  • Build excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants
  • Successfully work towards financial targets and customer satisfaction KPI's
  • Manage all landlord requirements from start to finish
  • Undertake valuations
  • Create property listings
  • Arrange and attend property viewings
  • Complete tenant referencing process
  • Produce inventory, checkout and inspection reports
  • Managing the tenant moving in/out process
  • Chase all rent arrears/reviews
  • Process maintenance requests
  • Work as part of the lettings team and support other team members and their clients as and when required

The person:

  • An experienced residential lettings professional with a proven track record and experience in all areas of the lettings process is highly desirable
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help and support people
  • Sales skills with the ability to effectively overcome objectives and win business
  • Reliable with excellent time keeping skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy; the ability to touch type/type quickly and concisely
  • IT skills with a good working knowledge of Windows packages especially; Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Well-presented and punctual
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and think on your feet
  • Outgoing and resilient disposition
  • Self-motivated and driven to develop and improve your skill set
  • GCSE Math's and English grade C or above
  • UK Driving License and own car

The package:

  • A good starting basic of up to £22,000 depending on experience
  • Excellent uncapped commission structure (£26-30k OTE) plus additional bonuses
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile available in expenses for property visits
  • 5 day working week - 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 5.30pm, contracted to work two Saturdays in three
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
