Media Account Manager, London

Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with a long established and successful UK media group. Due to continued growth, they now seek a creative Media Account Manager to be responsible for creating demand & driving market beating revenue in the London region.

The role:

  • Sell display and creative opportunities across print & digital portfolio and upsell across the wider portfolio
  • Devise and develop incremental revenue opportunities across the brands
  • Work with other hubs to share creative ideas
  • Attending meetings as arranged for the brand and responding to all requests for market and sales information
  • Maximise share and revenue opportunities through up selling & cross selling
  • Working within the virtual sales team to hit the weekly target
  • Create incremental revenue opportunities from deals
  • Service key clients within agency patch
  • Excellent knowledge of brands & marketplace
  • Create deep relationships with all contacts
  • Creating growth opportunities within agency and client patch
  • Hit agreed call targets in your patch
  • Ensure that all agreed processes are delivered on time e.g. updating bookings, order confirmations, lead chasing etc

The person:

  • Media sales/account management experience is strongly preferred, ideally with publishing (print / digital) experience - however our client will look at entry level graduates with a relevant degree qualification
  • Agency sales experience or relationships is strongly preferred
  • Links or experience with the fashion and/or beauty industry is a strong advantage
  • Good creative thinker
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Proven & strong negotiator
  • Numerate
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the market
  • New thinker - ability to drive new ideas and initiatives
  • Capable of representing full portfolio / generating cross portfolio revenues
  • Enthusiasm, energy, professionalism and a can-do positive attitude
