Due to expansion, our client now seeks a New Homes Sales Manager - this is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to advance their management career. The successful candidate will be joining a highly successful an experienced team, with an enviable reputation, strong pipeline and many new projects confirmed.

The role:

Reporting to the Land and new homes Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting, motivating and guiding the sales team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, and complete goals and objectives
Ensure effective performance management of all team members,
Both off plan and face to face sales negotiation
Contract chasing and cross company referrals
Client presentations
Launch events, sales and marketing

The person:

Passionate about Estate Agency ideally with New Homes experience
Have proven leadership skills
A history of achieving sales targets whilst providing quality customer care and operational excellence
The ability to demonstrate empathy and the ability to build relationships quickly with both developer/seller and buyer is essential
Hold a full UK Driving License

The package:

A good starting basic of up to £35,000 depending on experience
High uncapped OTE
Excellent benefits
