Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the UK's largest specialist design house and printers for theatres, arts organisations, and the entertainment industry - they work with may theatres across the UK and produce the programmes for hundreds of amazing tours, productions, concerts, and events each year. They are expanding their sales team based in Kidlington and now seek an experienced Telesales Executive who will be responsible for selling advertising solutions to businesses both locally and nationally.

The role:

  • Responsible for selling advertising space across the portfolio of theatre and concert hall programmes, by sourcing leads, researching, and contacting local and national advertisers
  • Lead generation with an emphasis on cold calling to bring on board new clients but also renewing, upselling, and looking after existing advertisers to ensure client satisfaction and maximum sales
  • Keeping clients updated on copy deadlines to ensure their artwork is in on time
  • To make every effort to attain and exceed personal theatre targets and work with the team to hit monthly sales targets
  • Liaise with different departments and cover for colleagues during absences to ensure smooth running of the business and sales process

The person:

  • Experience in B2B telesales is essential
  • Media/advertising sales experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident, friendly, and articulate telephone manner
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced sales environment, keeping to tight deadlines
  • Target driven individual who thrives on personal and team success
  • Team player
  • Interest in theatre is a huge advantage
