Trainee Sales Negotiator, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment Services are working with one of the South West's leading estate agency groups with an enviable reputation. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator to work from their Clifton branch, to develop an understanding of the buying and selling process, and gain a complete understanding of the negotiator role.

The role:

Successfully complete the induction and 30-60-90 training program to required standard
Assisting all customers contacting office in person/on-line/telephone.
Offer best advice & knowledge, expertly
Reply to inquiries matching best services or properties
Assisting with booking of all appointment types
Ensuring effective use of all marketing portfolio options available to promote properties to all potential buyers
Assisting with negotiators viewings
Attending own viewings
Following up all viewings - produce file notes
Ensure best advice for customers is obtained with colleagues during probation period

The person:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organisational skills
Confident IT skills
Ability to use initiative to ensure own productivity
Ability to motivate self and contribute to a sales team
Well presented and articulate
Ambitious, with a can-do attitude
Driving license is strongly preferred

The package:

A good starting basic of £17,000 with a view to this increasing over time and with performance
Excellent uncapped commission structure (£26k OTE)
