Role:

Class 1 Driver; Avonmouth, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment are working with a well-established palletised company, that are looking for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join their team from their depot based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

The Role;

• Monday to Friday
• Start time 07:30 unless otherwise requested, with various finishing times
• Competitive salary of £27,071 based on 47.5 hours a week
• Delivering and collecting palletised goods
• Covering areas across the South-West, South Wales, Gloucestershire and surrounding areas
• Approximately 10-15 drops per day

The person;

• The ability to work to tight deadlines, on your own initiative and within a team
• A good working knowledge of transport related legislation
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills and customer focus
• Full UK driving licence with a minimum C + E category driving license for a minimum of 2 years
• A valid CPC and Digi Card
• No more than 6 points and no driving bans
• Able to work within a team and individually

The Rewards;

• Overtime paid in excess of the 47.5 hours at £13.70
• Saturday overtime rate of £16.44
• Bonus schemes which can add £250 per 13-week period
• All benefits once in permanent position
