Warehouse Team Leader - Avonmouth, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment are working with an established logistics company that are looking for an Night Warehouse Team Leader to join their team based in Avonmouth, Bristol on a temp - perm contract.

Role Details

To provide a strong direction and have high standards in the team
Operate manual and computer-based systems
Understand and operate safe systems of work
Understand and comply with emergency response procedures as appropriate
Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy to the company's standards
Have a positive approach to personal performance reviews within team groups, and delivery of an effective programme of skill development
20:00 - 04:00 & 22:00 - 06:00
5 out of 7 days based on a rota basis
1 day off in the week

The Candidate

Will need a good level of literacy and numeracy
Experience in leading a team
Must be IT literate
Personal motivation and the ability to acquire the skills and knowledge to fulfil the role
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
18 years old or over
Be able to get to Avonmouth on a daily
Must be reliable and hardworking

Rewards

Salary 25,000
40hrs a week
20 days annual leave
Bank holiday paid at double time or day in lieu
