Role:

Site Operative - Avonmouth, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment are working alongside a well-established waste management company based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Due to their continuous growth, the company are looking for five Site Operatives to start immediately.

The Job:

Assisting with manufacturing process
Carrying out minor maintenance
Maintain a high level of awareness for Health and Safety
Ensuring the site is clean and tidy, including cleaning of mixers and confined spaces
Monitoring incoming raw material deliveries
Working with various aggregates, sand/dust, cement, and air pollution control residue
3-week shift rota of mornings, afternoon, and nights

Works well as a team
Punctual and reliable
Hard working
Comply to sit rules
Must be flexible with shift patterns
Must pass a drugs and alcohol test

The Package:

Basic salary of £22,699 per annum with a realistic OTE of £27,216
Rotational shifts
Week one: 6:00am-14:00pm
Week two: 14:00pm-22:00pm
Week three: 22:00pm-6:00am
Monday- Friday and Sunday-Thursday week depending
8-hour shifts
5 hours per week
£500 bonus for people who successfully complete 12 weeks service and then another £500 at 6 months.
Extra shift allowance. Added £62.50 per week for afternoons and £93.75 per week for nights
Random alcohol and drug testing
