Transport Customer Advisors - Ashton Vale, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment are working with an established recycling company that are looking for two Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Ashton Vale, Bristol on an ongoing basis.

Must have experience working in the transport industry
Experience as a customer service advisor is preferred

**The Role**

Taking incoming calls and dealing with customers queries
Booking on new jobs coming in
Booking in collections
Monday - Friday
1 hour lunch
07:00 - 17:00
£10.41
Ongoing contract but can go permanent for the right candidate

**The Person**

Experience in customer service would be essential for the role
Experience in the waste / recycling industry would be highly preferred but not essential
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
Must be 18 years old or over
Be able to get to Ashton Vale daily
Must be reliable and hardworking
