Role:

Class 1 Drivers, Wigan, Greater Manchester

Resolve Recruitment are working with a multiple well-known distribution companies based in Merseyside, that are now looking for multiple Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role;

Multidrop pallet network
To ensure that all documentation and defect sheets are completed at the beginning and end of each shift in full, and that any and all issues are reported to the Transport Manager as soon as possible
The participate in driver de-brief session at the end of each shift
To ensure compliance with all transport driver legislation, company and site policies and procedures is adhered to at all times
To avoid stock damage in line with company and site procedures
To undertake the necessary training in order to carry out your role in a safe and efficient manner
To ensure that all training is adhered to at all times
To report any personal injury, accident or damage to any equipment, machinery, premises or stock as soon as it happens.
To be flexible in terms of your days and times of working
Nights out will be required on occasions
Our client is looking for drivers that can start between

The Person;

Must hold a minimum of a Category C+E on your licence
Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Must not have more than 6 points on your licence (no DR/IN/DD)
Must have a minimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience
Must be enthusiastic, reliable and organised
Must have the drive to learn and undertake new challenges
Must be proactive and committed towards all aspects of the role and ensure high standards of customer of customer service is achieved at all times
Must be physically fit and healthy as the role may include heavy lifting and manual handling
