Due to a new recruitment drive, a number of exciting Sales Administrator vacancies have become available working within their creative/planning/campaign division based in Manchester.

The Overview:

This is an exciting role that puts you at the heart of the sales process. Working closely with the Local Sales, AdOps and Fulfilment teams you'll help plan, book, and manage client advertising campaigns. As your experience develops you will also be tasked with interpreting briefs to produce outstanding, tailored proposals across their entire product set. This role would suit someone who has sales administration/support and/or marketing experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial team to deliver against targets, critical metrics and the sales process
  • Lead client campaigns from launch to completion, and ensure Post-Campaign Analysis is provided
  • Problem solve along the way ensuring we deliver the best solutions to our clients
  • Plan innovative, multi-platform solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Working to brief and utilising all products, build ground-breaking multi-platform solutions that meet our client's needs
  • Where required, you will generate reports using our audience tools
  • Ensure you keep your project management system up to date to reflect your current workload, and use it to self-manage your time
  • Use and build on your Keynote skills to produce exciting and dynamic presentations

The Person:

  • A high level of organisation and communication skills often juggling/multi-tasking
  • A high standard of administrative skills including MS packages such as Keynote, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc
  • Able to work to deadlines and team targets
  • A great team player
  • A high standard of customer service skills as often liaising with new and exciting clients
  • A good head for figures/numbers including spreadsheet activities

The package:

  • A starting salary of £21,000 p/a
  • A very achievable bonus - up to £6,000 p/a

  • Hours Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730
  • Up to 2 days working from home if required
